It’s a one-stop destination for everything related to perimenopause, from understanding the symptoms to navigating treatment options and finding a supportive community. Founded by Emily Barclay, a woman who has created an excellent network of advice and knowledge.

Why The Perimenopause Hub is amazing

One of the Perimenopause Hub’s primary goals is to empower women with knowledge. By understanding the changes happening in their bodies and being aware of the available options, women can make informed decisions about their health and well-being during perimenopause. The Perimenopause Hub is a vital resource for women navigating the often tumultuous waters of perimenopause. Whether you’re just starting this journey or have been on it for a while, the hub offers a wealth of information, expert guidance, and a supportive community to help you navigate this transformative phase of life with confidence and grace. Remember, you’re not alone, and with the Perimenopause Hub by your side, you can embrace this new chapter with open arms. Their website is filled with useful information to help guide you through this life journey, from fitness and nutrition to mental health and empowerment, as well as a great directory of experts and people to turn to.

The Perimenopause Facebook group was created as a community for all women to seek advice, support and empowerment from each other and is a safe place to chat, be silly and bear all with others who understand. Emily and the other brilliant members of the team have created a supportive, lighthearted but informative group where women can share everything from intimate, personal issues to a funny moment in their everyday lives. It’s just a great place to chat, share, moan and giggle with fellow members without shame or judgement which is such an amazing vibe and energy.

The Perimenopause Hub & Cool Embrace

Emily Barclay, the founder of The Perimenopause Hub, was one of the first to try one of our cooling blankets. As a sufferer of the dreaded night sweats, she was the perfect person to really put it to the test. From night one she saw a positive outcome and from then on was converted to the Cool Embrace way of sleeping.

Here is what Emily had to say after using her Cool Embrace blanket:

My Cool Embrace blanket has revolutionised bed time – where I used to wake up regularly with night sweats, somehow the magic of this blanket has stopped that. It has a lovely weight to it, so it feels soothing at the same time. Finally I can cocoon myself at night, after years of not being able to.

What we think of The Perimenopause Hub

Jo from Cool Embrace had the pleasure of zoom meeting Emily to talk about our products and how they can help and also hear about the amazing work Emily does daily. Jo was fascinated to hear all the hard work that has gone into launching and running The Perimenopause Hub. We would definitely recommend joining their community to anyone who is starting or going through perimenopause and we are so pleased Emily loved our blanket. In fact she was the first one to try and then recommend cocooning up in our blanket while sleeping, we love to hear how people use it. This one is definitely one of our favourites so far.
