I’m loving my blanket and pillow case. I’ve been having hot flushes at night and the blanket really does help cool me down. It doesn’t stop them happening obviously but definitely helps cool you down before your body makes you sweat. So you also avoid the bit where you then get cold and damp. The pillow keeps cool too so no need to keep flipping it over to cool your head. Overall it helps getting back to sleep quicker when the flushes wake you up. Would reccomend to anyone going through perimenopausal symptoms. Thank you cool embrace!

I have used the pillowcases on our bed for a while and I have found them so refreshing! There is nothing better than laying my head on a cool pillow and feeling the instant cooling which sends me back to sleep so quickly.

Really enjoying the blanket. Have been using it on top of a devut cover without the devut and so far no night sweats. Looking forward to trying it out with the devut in the cooler months. Have used in conjuntion with a menopause mat i got from another site but overall i feel this would do the trick without the use of of the mat.

My night sweats and hot flushes have become more severe in recent months so I decided to buy the cool embrace blanket to help me with my sleep. The minute I laid under it, I felt my body temperature drop. Unfortunately it doesn’t stop the surges from happening as that’s biological, but it does help to maintain a cooler body temperature during the night so that you can get more sleep. So after heading into a certain time of life and experiencing night sweats, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try the Cool Embrace blanket.

I have to admit being a sceptical, how does it work? its a blanket, surely that’s going to be hotter. But give it a go I did.

My first night was quite a revelation. I did not sweat at all as the blanket seemed to regulate my temperature – such a great feeling to awake dry.

The second night was the same, no sweats. This product shouldn’t work, but it does so there’s definitely some magic going on inside the layers that really work.

Having used the cool embrace blanket every night for 3 months I decided one night to sleep just in my thick fleecy pyjamas as I am always cold in bed. The difference in my sleep patterns was remarkable! With the blanket, I sleep very still and calmly. Without this magic blanket, I toss and turn – the evidence being that my duvet is often on the floor, whereas the Cool Embrace blanket Stays perfectly in place! This leads to a much more restful contented sleep, waking refreshed. Importantly, it keeps my body temperature the same all night, whereas with just my pj’s and duvet my body temperature fluctuates causing restless sleep! Brilliant product!

I used to find that my pillow would get hot in the middle of the night and that would wake me up several times during the night. I would then have to turn my pillow over to try and find a cool place for a head. Not ideal!

I tried the cool embrace pillow case for a couple of weeks and it really helped to draw the heat away from my head, was soft to the touch and ultimately gave me a better night’s sleep as a result.

My only criticism is, as a lifelong Chelsea fan, that sleeping on a pillowcase in Man City colours was a bit uncomfortable!

I am impressed with this blanket. In the winter my wife often sleeps with a hot water bottle, heated blanket, thick duvet and a quilt! Like her I might go to bed cold but unlike her, I often wake up covered in sweat because even in the winter it’s just too hot! Well after a few nights’ trial I would say I am having more restful sleep as I am not tossing and turning as much. This is probably because I am at a comfortable temperature which promotes a better quality of rest. Last night I went to bed with very cold feet. I was amazed how fast they warmed up under the “magic” blanket!!
