We manufacture cooling blankets and cooling pillowcases to help stop night sweats using our unique, patent pending technology.

What colours do Cool Embrace come in?

Our premium range is available in 3 colours; Moonlight Grey, Sandy Slumber & Ocean Blue.

Our deluxe range is available in Glacial White

Our silk pillowcases are available in 4 colours: Midnight Blue, Sandy Slumber, Glacial White & Moonlight Grey.

What are Cool Embrace made of?

Our premium range of blankets and pillowcases are made from a high quality poly-cotton blend.

Our deluxe range of blankets and pillowcases is made from 100% pure cotton.

Our silk range of pillowcases is made from high quality satin silk.

The inner ‘magic’ fabric is made from a unique material that we have a patent pending on, this layer is the cooling layer that makes our products work so well.

Where are the Cool Embrace products made?

We are proud to manufacture all of our cooling blankets and pillowcases in the UK, allowing us to maintain our high quality across all products.

Orders & Delivery

Do Cool Embrace offer UK delivery?

Absolutely! we offer free shipping on all UK orders. In stock items are dispatched within 2 working days.

Do Cool Embrace ship internationally?

Yes! We can deliver worldwide. To get shipping costs please select your country and enter your full delivery address during checkout and the delivery cost will be automatically applied.

We have shipping costs in our system to most countries worldwide, however, if your country of residence is not in our system and no shipping cost is shown please contact us

How long does delivery take?

All in stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days with delivery usually taking 3-5 days. For out of stock items please see the estimated shipping times on the product listing, we allow back orders on all products. One of our team will be in touch via email once you’ve placed the order to confirm a more accurate date of delivery.

International delivery times may vary for both in stock and back order items and will depend on where it is being delivered and the delivery company used. We work alongside many trusted and well known international delivery companies, ensuring we choose a reliable but good value for money courier. This may vary for each country.

How can I pay for Cool Embrace?

We accept online card payments for all orders using stripe or paypal for a secure and easy checkout process. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout.

We also accept Klarma or Paypal Pay In 3 for those who wish to spread their payment. The options for both of these are clearly and easily accessible through the checkout process on our website.

What if I need to return a product?

We are confident you will love your Cool Embrace but if you do want to return your order for any reason we offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. Please contact us and we will gladly advise you on how to return your order and issue a full refund once we have received the item back. Please note we will have to check the product for damage before issuing the refund, we cannot refund products that have been damaged or soiled in any way.

My order is late or missing what do I do?

We hope you will receive all your items on time and in full. However, if your order is not complete or has not arrived please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Once your order is placed we will start to process it, but if you do need to amend or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will happily do as much as we can to help. Please note that once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel or amend it.

Our cooling pillowcases are simply that, a pillowcase that is used like any other but with the benefit of staying cool al night, every night. Use it either on its own or underneath your existing pillowcase, the choice is your. Both options are effective and will ensure you never have to search for the cool side of the pillow again.
